Minor Release forms for Pit Entry.
All Minor Release Forms must be completed and turned in at the pit entrance building prior to check-in. Corrigan Oil Speedway does not accept "online" minor release forms and/or a release form(s) from another venue. The minor release forms are available to download in the Drivers Info - Rules/Forms menu above and includes directions on how to properly complete the forms.
For the sake of all parties we ask that both parents are present and able to complete and verify the forms at the pit building (restricted area) before check in (unless one parent has sole custody). In that case you will need to document that when you complete the minor release form by adding the language (I am the sole, mother (or) father (or) legal guardian, with full legal and physical custody of (child’s full name).
Once the form(s) are properly completed you will not need to fill them out again for the remainder of the season.
If your minor child is a driver, "one time exceptions" are not an option. You may exercise a "One time exception" as a spectator if only one parent is available at the time but this option is only good for (one time).
Sometimes this process can take a little time so we suggest you come early and please bring some patience.
