Corrigan Oil Speedway announces New Race Format for 2021!
Corrigan Oil Speedway officials have announced a new racing format for 2021. Corrigan Oil Speedway will use a progressive race format where racers will advance through Heat races and Last Chance Showdowns to earn a starting spot in the Main Events! "The new format will ensure every lap turned in competition is sure to bring the edge of the seat excitement for the fan as well as an intense every lap matters experience for the racer", states Tom Hernly, Co-Promotor with his wife Tracey. Hernly goes on to say, " For as long as I've been racing, most asphalt tracks qualify, roll an inversion for the main event and the heat races become nothing but fluff and a time filler that really doesn't matter. This year will be different, and we will bring the excitement back to short track asphalt racing at Corrigan Oil Speedway." Learn more about the exciting new format by visiting the Corrigan Oil Speedway website and selecting the category Rules/Forms under the Driver Info tab. http://www.corriganoilspeedway.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=619822
