The wedge-bodied warriors will race 50 Laps for $2,000 to Win and $300 to Start. This event also serves as the final opportunity for the popular wedge bodied warriors to accumulate those valuable points in the chase for their first Championship at the historic 1/4-mile in Mason, Pure Michigan since the 2012 season. The 2021 Season Championships Part I - Autograph Night II are coming up the following weekend on Friday, August 20th
Coming into THIS Friday, Philip Bozell carries a healthy 85-point advantage over Justin Claucherty (390-305) and with at least a top two finish, Bozell can clinch the title outright. His Father and the last Outlaw Super Late Model Track Champion at COS (2012), Andy Bozell is 27 points back of Claucherty
All the way back to seventh place in the standings, which includes Jason Felver, Tyler Heeney, Josh Hahn and Jim Heeney are all still mathematically alive in the title chase, but a conglomerate of scenarios would have to play out for those competitors to vault up that much in the standings
After This Friday and next Friday, August 20th, the final event of the 2021 racing season for the Outlaw Super Late Models will see them headline The RETURN of the Harvest 100 - #Harvest XXXIII on Sunday, September 5th. More Details regarding that event will be announced as soon as they are finalized
