ALL Drivers / Teams (NorthsideTowing.net Big 8 Super Late Model Series presented by Auto Value Parts Stores / Shaheen Chevrolet Outlaw Super Late Models as well as Howard Hanna Modifieds Challenge Series and MI Rootz Pro Late Models presented by Gro-UP) planning on racing Next WEDNESDAY, July 27th are mandated to please download the form below, fill it out and send it back to the COS Home Offices by Monday, July 25th at 11:59p.m. (Eastern).
