On Friday, August 29th, we crowned Champions for the: DuroTech Automotive Mini Wedges, Shaheen Chevrolet Cadillac Late Model Sportsman, Performance Automotive Northwest Modifieds, and the Premier Carpentry & Painting FWDS! Our Boss Snowplow Destruction & Figure 8 Champion will be crowned on Sunday September 7th, as part of our Harvest Memorial 2025 at intermission! No heat races were ran to preserve cars. DuroTech Automotive Mini Wedges:

The Junior Division (5-9 years old), was Carson Vainner in the 07, winning his 2nd CHAMPIONSHIP IN A ROW was Joey Barnhart in his 45! Congrats on the 2nd championship Joey!
The Senior Division (10-14 years old) was up next to hit the track. Ace Hart performed a clean sweep winning BOTH the feature and the CHAMPIONSHIP for 2025! Congratulations Ace on your championship! Also, a HUGE thank you to all our competitors, parents, and DuroTech Automotive for sponsoring the Mini Wedge Division for 2025! A special thanks to Jon McNett for taking over at about mid-season for his role as Race Director for the DuroTech Automotive Mini Wedges!
Premier Carpentry & Painting FWDS:
Next up after the Mini Wedges, it was time to crown champions for the Premier Carpentry & Painting FWDS! We had a few visitors who came to race with us as well. Here are the full results.
A Feature:
Our Premier Carpentry & Painting A Feature ran 25 laps and what a show they put on for us! Here is the results: CONGRATS to Pat Dent on Feature win #6 on the season! behind Pat coming home 2nd was the 87R-Andrew Ritter; 3rd 98D-Mitch Dorin; 4th 91-Gord Alblas; 5th 19N-Jacob Newman; 6th 98N-Andre Newman; 7th 8-Zach Steiner; 8th 88A-Doug Adams; 9th 33-Todd Miller; 10th 99L-Tim Lyon; 11th (Did Not Finish) 57-Randy Kretzinger Jr; 12th (Did Not Finish) 5+4-Brian Barden. THE CHAMPION FOR THE A DIVISION WAS GORD ALBLAS getting it done TWO YEARS IN A ROW! CONGRATS Gord!
B Feature:
Up next it was time to crown the champion for the Premier Carpentry and Painting FWD B Division! Dennis motes in his Lost Shoe 4 2 won his 2nd feature of the season! Here is how the field finished behind Dennis: coming home 2nd was the 48 of Josh Sattler; 3rd the 12A of Randy Adams; 4th the 33X of Randy Steiner; 5th the 12H of Brock Hall; 6th 20E-Billy Edwards; 7th making her RACING DEBUT 5S-Kimberly Steiner; 8th 24S-Chris Smith; and rounding out the field in 9th, a Did Not Start for the 07J-Jason Blackie. After 18 YEARS OF TRYING, Josh Sattler got himself a championship! He is your Premier Carpentry & Painting FWD B CHAMPION FOR 2025! CONGRATS JOSH!

After intermission, it was time to crown the champion for the Shaheen Chevrolet Cadillac Late Model Sportsman! There might have been only 3, but they put on a great show! Thanks for the loyalty, guys! Here is the feature results: 1st 87T-John Trudell; 2nd 45B-Joey Barnhart; 3rd 23A-Austin Jenks. CONGRATS JOHN TRUDELL ON WINNING THE 2025 CHAMPIONSHIP!

Performance Automotive Northwest Modifieds:
It was time for the “Mod Squad” to crown their champion for 2025! It took them a bit at the start to find their rhythm, but once they did, they put on a show for our fans! Here is the results: 10L-Connor Landis was our winner; followed by the 7V-Dominique Van Wieringen; finishing 3rd the 45-Joey Barnhart; 4th 07-Matt Vainner; 5th 5H-Bill Heeney Jr; 6th 2B-Bob Bauer; 7th 9S-Dominic Shauver; 8th 20L-Tim Lahar; 9th 07B-Jason Blackie; 10th 12X-Mike Occhipinti; 11th 89P-Tony Pastorino; 12th 5W-Mike Westphal; 13th 21T-Carter Trudgeon; 14th 911-Richard Maurer; 15th 31-Jason Parish. The points battle was so close we had to go to a TIE BREAKER! The tie breaker that determined our championship, between Mike Occhipinti and Matt Vainner. It came down to best average feature win which Matt Vainner had, which makes him our 2 TIME DEFENDING CHAMPION! CONGRATS MATT!

Street Stocks:
Tim Lahar couldn’t seal the deal with a win in the modified, but he got it done in the street stock! Here is the results behind Tim: finishing 2nd X70-Bryan Passick; 3rd 145-Mike Havens; 4th 17M-Montie Matthews; 5th 98N-Rob Newman; 6th 79L-David Leforge; 7th 42H-JC Hinton. Congratulations to Mike Havens on clenching the 2025 CHAMPIONSHIP FOR THE STREET STOCKS! Consistency was what won the championship for Mike Havens!
Our LAST & FINAL SHOW of 2025 will be the Harvest Memorial 2025 Presented by Performance Automotive Northwest of Jackson, MI!
